An outstanding student, she pursued her passion as a Chartered Accountant, handling all nitty gritties of audit and direct tax with a diverse portfolio of top-notch clients. She has created an incredible relationship with them as a Senior Partner at KYSB & Associates, a well-renowned CA firm based in New Delhi. She is a visionary and drives the firm to strive to achieve its goals while abiding by the values of honesty and integrity.

A born architect and implementer, her niche has been audits, management consultancy, core accounting, taxation, fund management and strategic planning, with an ultimate focus on organizational profitability achievement. It’s an extremely empowering experience to be working in tandem with this exuberant and diligent professional.

Ahead of times, she successfully developed an online teaching platform, “www.studykhazana.com”, to provide affordable yet quality education for all. She spearheads its operational decisions acting as the Director of Study Khazana Edugalaxy Private Limited, the company under which the platform is operating.

An effective communicator with strong analytical and effective people management skills, having a proven track record in streamlining work procedures, standardizing standard control and processes, providing financial projections and formulating cost-effective business solutions.

Well-versed in the field of education, she has taught Audit to CA Intermediate students, authored books on Auditing for CA- Intermediate and co-authored books on Direct Tax Modules, Summary Module, MCQs, and Question Bank for CA Final. As a guest speaker, she has delivered lectures on various topics of Income Tax to Chartered Accountants in CPE Study Circles and different Bar Associations. She has also delivered numerous motivational and counselling sessions to students.

As a Director of VG Learning Destination India Pvt. Ltd., slated as the best institute for CA Final and ACCA coaching, she has been a catalyst in its spiral growth on the online platform.

She has won several awards for her work in diverse fields. To name just a few –

A Commerce Graduate from Delhi University, Sana went on to acquire professional degrees like Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Company Secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and LLB from Chaudhary Charan Singh University. She is currently possessing all such degrees and many more.

Among various other Memberships Sana Baqai possesses, she had the honour of being the Founder and President of The Institute of Internal Auditors – Delhi Chapter, “Women’s Circle” at the Annual Delhi Chapter Conference, 2019. Presently, she is the Vice-President of the IIA Delhi Branch. In that esteemed position, she has done a remarkable job by bringing into the limelight the contribution of Women towards the profession.  She is also a Lifetime Member of the Institute of Directors since 2018. She also holds office as the Chief Editor of IIA-India Magazine since 2020.

She is a regular writer, having contributed to several articles for professionals and students of Chartered Accountancy. She has valuable experience in representing before various Income tax authorities up to ITAT.
